Our Master in Fabrics Innovation Design students completed their latest Industry Project in collaboration with Clerici Tessuto, led by Project Leader Albino D’Amato, showcasing the results of weeks of intensive study, experimentation, and creativity.
Each project presented a personal reinterpretation of chiné, an ancient weaving technique, exploring new structures, materials, and colour combinations, always inspired by the brief’s theme: Futurism and the dialogue between art, science, and technology.
The presentation to the Clerici team was a valuable and stimulating experience: students received direct feedback, gaining insight into how research, innovation, and tradition can merge to create new textile visions.
Our sincere thanks go to Clerici Tessuto, and especially to Martino Romanò and Gerri Gerosa, for guiding and supporting the students throughout this journey, turning every challenge into an opportunity for growth and discovery.
