Our Master in Creative Knitwear Design students finally presented their Industry Projects in collaboration with Brunello Cucinelli to Carolina Cucinelli, Co-President and Co-Creative Director, and the style team at the brand’s headquarters in Solomeo. This marks the culmination of an enriching collaboration to reshape luxury knitwear in line with the brand’s values of beauty, humanity and authenticity.
The students’ journey began with an inspiring visit to the brand’s headquarters and factory, where they were briefed on the new Industry Project. With a mission to reimagine luxury knitwear, the students accepted the challenge, infusing their designs with contemporary innovation and timeless elegance. Throughout the project, they explored a variety of techniques and materials, seeking to create garments that were not only elegant, but also reflected Brunello Cucinelli’s core values.
The presentation in Solomeo showed the results of their hard work and creativity. Our students unveiled their capsule collections, each reflecting a blend of modern aesthetics and classic appeal. Their innovative designs incorporated functionality, making everyday garments unique.
