The Accademia Costume & Moda and the School of Fashion Technology, Pune, have signed an agreement to launch joint curricular programs. The areas of interest is the launch of the following combined courses: 3Yr undergraduate program in Fashion Design, Master’s in Fashion Buying & Merchandising and Fashion Brand Design. Funded in 1998, SOFT in short time has become one of the most important institutes of fashion in India, merging tradition linked to India’s territories and experience with a strong technical and cultural approach. Working together with the Industry in respective countries, Accademia and Soft provide the students with design know-how linked to the end product. With this agreement Made in Italy meets India’s heritage, creating a bridge between two amazing cultures.
