READY2FLY INDUSTRY PROJECT | LAUNCH BRIEF AND MID REVISION | MASTER IN FASHION COMMUNICATION & ART DIRECTION

Our Master in Fashion Communication & Art Direction students took part in the Launch Brief and Mid Revision of the Industry Project developed in collaboration with Ready2Fly, a consultancy company specialised in integrated communication strategies for the fashion, beauty, design, lifestyle and luxury sectors and part of FSB Group.

These two key milestones marked the beginning of the project and the first opportunity for students to engage directly with industry professionals, receiving strategic feedback and refining their project proposals.

Led by Diego Fornero, Project Leader and Master’s lecturer, the Industry Project, entitled “Digital Strategy for a Luxury Brand”, challenges students to develop an integrated digital communication strategy for a luxury brand, exploring the dynamics that define today’s fashion and communication landscape.

The objective is to create a strategy capable of enhancing brand identity, building a coherent and engaging narrative, and defining a content ecosystem able to connect with different audiences across key digital touchpoints.

Each student will develop an individual project covering every stage of the Digital Strategy creation process, from brand analysis to the definition of communication activations.

The project includes:
– competitive landscape analysis;
– development of the creative concept;
– definition of the digital communication strategy;
– creation of content and storytelling strategies for social media and digital platforms;
– development of engagement initiatives and community-building activities;
– identification of the most effective touchpoints to reach different audiences, from industry professionals to younger consumers.

The collaboration with Ready2Fly allows students to work on a brief structured according to the methodologies of contemporary communication agencies, experiencing a working approach that combines strategic analysis, creativity, content creation and an omnichannel vision.

The Launch Brief and Mid Revision represent fundamental moments within the project journey, during which students present the evolution of their ideas and receive valuable guidance to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of their strategies.

Through Industry Projects such as this, Accademia Costume & Moda continues to promote an educational model based on constant dialogue with companies and professionals, giving students the opportunity to engage with real-world challenges and develop the skills increasingly required in today’s fashion and luxury communication landscape.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Ready2Fly team for this valuable opportunity and for their continuous support of our students.
