In your opinion are there new professional figures emerging? Are there any specific skills that managerial figures in the sector must possess?

“Today a managerial figure must have a very broad knowledge and, above all, must be able to “connect the dots”. For this reason it is essential that those who deal in particular with creative sectors – such as, for example, fashion and design – have the ability to make unexpected connections between adjacent sectors, being able to understand a philosophical essay but – at the same time – the Tik Tok phenomenon, to observe what happens in reality but also what happens, for example, in the world of videogames. This form of transversal open-mindedness is absolutely necessary because we, as of today, do not know what will happen in a year, so we must be ready to jump in the direction of innovation”
