Admission Modalities

The 1-year Masters of Accademia Costume & Moda observe a limited enrolment policy in order to maintain the high quality of the study experience. The application is based on an admission procedure whose final aim is to evaluate the level of awareness, the motivation and most of all the presence of the skills and adequate competences required by the course chosen.

To access our Masters, it is required to request the application form and submit a resume of the study/professional career, a motivational letter and a portfolio focused on the type of course you are applying for. After a positive evaluation, the student will be invited for an admission interview with our academic board.

Every admission is evaluated individually and applications will be accepted until there are places left in the course of interest. With this regard, in case of interest, it is highly recommended to proceed with the submission of the application well in advance respect to the intake.

Even though applications are accepted from November 2025 until September 2026 (December in the case of the Master in Creative Knitwear Design), especially in case of a Non European citizenship, it will be important to consider the time needed for the documents you will need to get in order to come to study in Italy (Visa, Declaration of Value of your study title..) which might require an application 6 months before the intake chosen.

In order to make sure to forward your application in time without incurring in the expiration of the places in the course of your interest, contact the Counseling Office for guidance.

Scholarships

Accademia Costume & Moda offers every year 27 Scholarships, on partial coverage of the tuition fee. Scholarships are awarded based on the quality of the profile of  the Candidate. You will have time until the last application session to submit your application. Follow the guidelines reported in the regulation that your can download by  registering here.
