According to a recent article published by Business of Fashion, the boom in leisurewear during the pandemics and the ambitions of sustainability in fashion are redefining the importance of the role of the Knitwear Designer in the industry of fashion.

The Master is unique as it takes place in the heart of one of the most important Italian districts for knitwear, Reggio Emilia, and inside Modateca Deanna, one of the most incredible archives of knitwear renown all over the world and centre for research for many designers.

The nourished industry network allows the Master to offer a unique experience to its students with exclusive visits and workshops inside the many BtB companies of knitwear and industry projects developed with prestigious brands such as Missoni, K-Way, United Colors of Benetton, Max Mara just to name but a few. Some of the final projects have also the opportunity to receive visibility at Pitti Filati, one of the most important international fairs dedicated to knitwear.
