ACM TALENTS 2021 – THE COMMISSION

ACM Talents are back, this opportunity is offered the 15 students selected from our BA in Costume & Fashion Design course to develop their personal design projects, Capsule Collection, to be showcased during Alta Roma (Rome’s Fashion Week) in front of a renowned Jury of professionals, press and industry.  

ACM TALENTS 2021 emphasizes the personal design identity of our students and the skills, knowledge acquired and experiences lived during their 3 year course. 

Sustainability is one of the key aspects of this edition.

The young designers who have been selected are:

Womenswear/Menswear/Fluid – Maria Enrica Affinita; Filippo Alimonti; Marco Bucchi; Ginevra Calò; Renato De Simone; Gaia Garofalo; Sofia Masciotta; Valeria Salvatori.

Accessories – Marianna Achilli; Marco Anzil; Gianmaria Bottino; Lazzaro Bove; Anna Lemme; Lorena Tiberi; Margherita Violante.

A huge thanks to the Selection Committee : Elysa Cipriani, Product Manager Leathergoods Fendi; Simonetta Gianfelici, Fashion Consultant & Talent Scout, Vivian Papadaki, Main Collection Designer WW Fendi, and Andrea Renieri, Head Designer Leathergoods Man Salvatore Ferragamo.

All the portfolios examined were evaluated on the basis of the research, design, identity, product, newness  and presentation-

The students will be supported during the next 3 months to develop their collections by Santo Costanzo (Fashion) and Luigi Mulas Debois (Accessories), and will be supported by some of the most important manufacturing companies (Textiles, embroidery, etc).

We are looking forward to seeing the final results!
