From the iconic heritage of Ellesse, Sergio Tacchini, and Ouragan, a new generation of designers emerges — not to replicate, but to reawaken.
This was the challenge embraced by the students of the Master in Menswear Design at Accademia Costume & Moda, under the guidance of Project Leader Elia Quagliola and Master Director Fabio Quaranta
The task wasn’t simply to create a capsule collection.
It was to explore the roots of brands born on tennis courts, ski slopes, and football fields, and to reinterpret them through a new cultural lens.
Rebrand. Rethink. Redesign.
To build a contemporary menswear vision through 25 original pieces — from outerwear to accessories — where performance, heritage, and identity meet in one cohesive story.
Every fabric chosen, every line drawn, every colour selected became a response to a fading legacy.
And a bold attempt to make it speak again.
A reflection on the role of menswear today — not just as visual expression, but as memory, transformation, and future.
