Industry Brief

All the students participated in the kick-off of the project that included the vision and analysis of the toiles developed upon the basis of the selected models and the link with the Museum Balenciaga team. On this occasion the pieces were illustrated, and each student replicatde a toile to define the understanding of the constructive methods that characterize it.

Students developed an individual project experimenting one’s own research process and creation, whose results will take the shape of an outfit arising from the knowledges aquired.
The looks resulting from the process were assessed both by their professors and by those responsible for the project at the Museum, making a final selection of creations for their exhibition in Getaria in 2021.

Evaluation criteria for each project were the following:

Special thanks to the Balenciaga Museum team who gave our students the opportunity to develop a one-of-a-kind and internationally relevant project.
