RomeThe Specialization Course in Prototyping for Shoes & Bags provides technical and stylistic knowledge and skills from the creation of 3D paper models to collections and prototypes of shoes and bags.
The objectives of the course are aimed at preparing students to work in the production of basic models for men’s and women’s shoes and bags through the study of the model structure and volumes, leather cutting, Industrial production chain, components and manufacturing skills, modelling and prototyping.
Specialization Courses of Accademia Costume & Moda are designed to provide a fast and focused education in specific areas of Fashion. The attendance on Saturdays with 8 hours of classes allows also working students to concentrate in the study path by alternating theory and practice in a cohesive and focused approach.
The Specialization Course in Prototyping for Shoes & Bags is addressed to graduates, graduands and professionals who wish to complete their preparation by specializing in a creative, stimulating and fast-growing field and broaden their knowledge on design and prototyping for shoes and bags.
In order to maintain the high quality of the learning experience, the Specialization Course in Prototyping for Shoes & Bags observes a limited-enrolment policy. To be admitted in the course, applicants are required to submit their resume, cover letter and participate in a motivational interview.
