BIOGRAPHY
Riccardo Conti (Como, 1979) is an art critic, teacher and academic of visual and video culture. His work as a teacher and editor is particularly focused in experimental languages and interrelation between art, fashion, and multi-media expressions. He collaborated with different magazine such as Vogue Italia, Esquire, Domus, Vice, Artibune, Mousse, A Magazine Curated By, GQ and he’s been art editor for the fashion magazine Rodeo. He’s currently contributing writer for Harper's Bazaar, AD Italia, Triennale Magazine, Limina, Stella and other independent magazines. He has been lecturer and teacher at Brera Academy of Fine Arts, Politecnico school of Architecture and Society of Milano, NABA, IULM, IUAV Fashion Design and Kunsthøgskolen of Oslo. Since 2010 he’s teaching Phenomenology of Contemporary Art and Visual Culture at Accademia Costume & Moda, Bauer, IED Milano and SUPSI Lugano. He has been part of the curatorial team of the Milano Fashion Film Festival, and he collaborated as author and consultant for the digital communications agency YAM112003.
