CAREER DAY WITH INDITEX | CALLING THE CURIOUS: A BRIDGE BETWEEN EDUCATION AND THE WORLD OF WORK

Preparing to enter the world of work means far more than acquiring technical skills. It means learning how to communicate your journey, engaging with industry professionals, and gaining first-hand insight into the recruitment processes of leading international fashion companies.

With this objective in mind, we hosted a new Career Day at our Rome campus in the heart of the Esquilino district, in collaboration with Inditex People, the Inditex Group‘s careers and talent platform, bringing together opportunities across brands including Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home, Lefties and Tempe.

Through the “Calling The Curious” programme, Inditex fosters connections between emerging talent and the professional world, championing curiosity, personal growth and continuous development.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to engage directly with Inditex professionals, presenting their academic journey, the projects developed during their studies at the Accademia, and their career aspirations. It was an open and constructive dialogue that provided valuable advice on how to strengthen their professional profile, approach interviews with confidence, and prepare for the transition into the fashion industry.

More than a recruitment event, the Career Day became an opportunity for guidance, inspiration and professional development. Students gained a deeper understanding of the skills currently sought by the industry, explored career opportunities within an international group, and met the professionals responsible for identifying and supporting future talent.
