Fashion is not simply something you wear. It is told, photographed, filmed, written about and brought to life. It creates imaginaries, identities and new forms of connection.
The Fashion Communication area brings together Bachelor’s programmes, Level I Academic Master’s programmes and Specialization Courses dedicated to fashion communication and image-making: from Styling to Art Direction, from Publishing to storytelling, from photography to video, as well as social media and new digital languages.
Here, you learn to read fashion as a cultural phenomenon and to transform research into an idea, an idea into an image, and an image into a story. Your education combines visual culture, design and experimentation, introducing you to the tools and technologies that are changing the way content is conceived, produced and shared.
Photography, video, graphic design, social media, digital platforms and Artificial Intelligence become part of the creative process as tools to understand, interpret and use with awareness. Because communicating fashion today means being able to move across different languages without losing your own voice.
Working with brands, media, companies and professionals from fashion and the creative industries is an integral part of the learning experience. Briefs, Industry Projects, workshops and collaborations place you in real project situations, where you learn to work with real deadlines, objectives and professional partners.
The aim is to develop professionals who can interpret the contemporary world, design images and content, build visual identities and communicate fashion through ever-evolving languages.
Because finding your language means, first of all, finding your own way of looking at the world.
