Introduction

Luxury is changing: product, supply chain, languages and consumption are coming together in a new value ecosystem.

Luxury is no longer a segment. It is an ecosystem.

The world of high-end luxury is changing. Products, consumption, languages, supply chains and the way brands create value are all evolving. To understand Luxury Business today, it is not enough to know the luxury market: you need to understand the connections between culture, creativity, industry, technology, communication and relationships with consumers.

The Master in Luxury Business. Evolution of the Fashion Ecosystem is designed to develop professionals who can interpret this complexity and turn it into strategic vision.

You start with the culture of luxury and the heritage of Made in Italy, then move towards brand building and management, product development, communication, retail and experience design. You learn to look at the system as a whole, without losing sight of what makes each project unique.

The programme brings culture, design, product and business into dialogue, moving beyond the separation between disciplines. It is not simply about acquiring management tools: you learn to read the contemporary landscape, recognise change and turn it into new opportunities.

Workshops, Industry Projects and the Final Project allow you to bring this vision into concrete projects, engaging with real scenarios, briefs and challenges from the industry.

The aim is to develop a hybrid profile: someone who can combine cultural sensitivity, strategic thinking and management skills, translating creativity into economic and cultural value.
