Marco Bardelle

Marco Bardelle is the CEO and co-owner of Tintoria Finissaggio 2000, a historic textile company based in Biella, specialising in fabric finishing. Since 2008, he has led the family business with vision and determination, focusing on technological innovation, quality, and environmental sustainability. Under his leadership, the company collaborates with some of the most prominent Italian and international fashion brands, reinforcing Biella’s reputation as a centre of manufacturing excellence.

Believing in collaboration and shared research as the future of the industry, Bardelle founded Magnolab in 2021, a network of companies that established a unique European competence centre in Cerrione. The centre is dedicated to material recycling, training new talent, and developing innovative processes aimed at circularity. At the same time, he launched Slow Fiber, a movement that brings together companies committed to ethical, transparent, and socially responsible textiles, combining competitiveness with social and environmental responsibility.

Married with three children, Bardelle has a deep passion for the mountains, which he sees as a source of inspiration and rejuvenation, and for philosophy, which he considers a valuable guide in both his personal and professional life.
