FURIO VALITUTTI

Furio Valitutti is a sound designer, composer, and multimedia artist working across immersive installations, performances, and audiovisual productions.

His works have been presented in prominent institutional and cultural contexts, including the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Theatre, the Palladium Theatre, and exhibition spaces both nationally and internationally. He collaborates with organisations such as RAI and the Italian Cultural Institute, developing projects at the intersection of art, communication, and technology.

Over the course of his career, he has created multimedia works and immersive projects presented in institutional settings, including Euritmia (2025), developed on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the European Community.

He has composed music and created sound design for permanent installations and immersive exhibitions in Italy and abroad, collaborating with international artists such as David LaChapelle and Janet Echelman, and contributing to productions for major cultural events, including Parma Italian Capital of Culture. He has also composed music for RAI programmes and audiovisual productions.

His research is situated at the intersection of sound, space, and image, with a particular focus on immersive languages and the design of perceptual experiences.
