BIOGRAPHY

Beatrice Grifoni, born in Florence, lawyer since 2004, at Valentino since 2012. As an in-house lawyer, Beatrice has dealt with every possible legal aspect relating to companies, from corporate matters, M&A, JV, WHS and Retail issues, but she is at her best when dealing with all the legal aspects inherent to communication projects and events: through her ability to get in touch with colleagues in communication and style, Beatrice has managed to understand the languages of fashion and transpose them into ‘legalese’, so as to protect every activity of the company. Today, Beatrice is the head of the intellectual property department and deals with the legal side of the company's communication as well as all intellectual property issues that may be raised by the style department.
