INSIDE MASTER ALTA MODA RUNWAY SHOW 2025

Twelve young designers from the Academic Master in Alta Moda, Fashion Design at Accademia Costume & Moda presented their Haute Couture Capsule Collections during the show hosted at BASE Milano, offering the audience a journey through aesthetic research, identity, and innovation.

Guided by Santo Costanzo, Fashion & Costume Design Area Coordinator at ACM, the designers transformed the runway into a collective narrative: a mosaic of visions and languages where each garment becomes a narrative gesture and every detail, a personal expression.

The protagonists of the show:
Andrea Chiarato, And Something Else Happens and Everything Else is Gone | Carolina Balbinotto, Lovers | Joana Rrapaj, Whisper at the Wonder Bar | Leonardo Marinelli, Manquen | Maddalena Guidi, Il Luogo dei Fili Leggeri | Maria Luisa Muller, Tra le Lettere | Mattia Sechi, Inchiostro dell’Anima | Mia Hasak, Sunset | Mikhail Errol Albano, Bel Fisico | Pablo Andreozzi, La Città Invisibile | Ran Zhou, Cold Romans | Sara Hegyi, Tessuti Dimenticati

Each capsule collection represented a personal story, a blend of tailoring techniques and creative freedom reflecting the dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity. The result is a plurality of voices united by the same poetic tension: to transform matter into emotion and fabric into language.

Sustainability and Italian Craftsmanship

At the heart of Accademia Costume & Moda’s project, sustainability stands as a founding value and a tangible practice.
Thanks to collaborations with the finest companies of the Italian textile district, the designers worked with custom-made fabrics and high-quality deadstock materials, giving new life to forgotten textiles and celebrating the connection between innovation, awareness, and artisanal tradition.

Project partners:
Alesilk, Clerici, Conceria Gaiera, Fasac, Gentili Mosconi, Goretti, Isa Seta, Limonta, Luigi Verga, Matilda Ricami, Mazzanti Piume, Omniapiega, Ostinelli Pizval, Rilievi, Spazio Chirale.

A Conscious Vision of Fashion

With its participation in Fashion Graduate Italia 2025, Accademia Costume & Moda reaffirms its commitment to educating creators of conscious beauty, capable of reading the present and envisioning the future of fashion with sensitivity, precision, and vision.

On the Milan runway, their creations were not simply garments, but statements of intent — a testimony to how fashion can still move, transform, and make people think.

Fashion Graduate Italia 2025: A Stage for New Talents

The show took place as part of Fashion Graduate Italia 2025, the eleventh edition of the fashion week dedicated to the best students from Italian and international fashion schools.
The event, promoted by Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda, serves as a meeting point between education, industry, and creativity, offering young designers the opportunity to showcase their collections to an audience of professionals, media, and fashion enthusiasts.
