Code of Ethics<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Code of Ethics<\/strong> and Conduct<\/strong> establishes the values and principles that guide the activities of Accademia Costume & Moda (ACM)<\/strong>; the ethical and social responsibilities of the management and staff; and the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the same in relation to third parties.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n

Accademia Costume & Moda\u2019s primary objective is to provide higher education training and specialization services in fashion<\/strong>, costume<\/strong>, design<\/strong>, and art<\/strong> within an internationally recognized sphere of excellence<\/strong> (the \u201cTraining Courses\u201d or \u201cCourses\u201d or \u201cTraining Services\u201d or \u201cServices\u201d). The Courses and services provided are aimed at a national and international audience<\/strong> and involve establishing relationships with institutions and entities at both national and international levels.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Accademia Costume & Moda (hereinafter also referred to as \u201cACM\u201d) includes all the companies that are part of the same group, including ACM Srl, ACM Milano Srl, and ACM Ente Terzo Settore (Third Sector or no-profit sector entity), and aims to enhance educational experiences that create culture and innovation and that align with a common vision.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

To ensure the achievement of its objective, ACM must base its growth on a solid reputation that remains true to values of honesty and fairness in every daily work process. The principles that should inspire our activities to fulfill our mission are those of strict compliance with the law, fair competition, and respect for the legitimate interests of all stakeholders, particularly the beneficiaries of our educational efforts: our students.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

All ACM activities must be carried out in compliance with the law, in a framework of fair competition with honesty, integrity, fairness, and good faith, respecting the legitimate interests of students, customers, employees, faculty, shareholders, business and financial partners, and the communities in which ACM operates with its locations and activities. Everyone working within ACM, without distinction or exception, is committed to observing and ensuring the observance of these principles within their functions and responsibilities. In no way can the belief of acting in the company\u2019s interest justify behaviour that contradicts these principles.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Code of Ethics contains a series of business ethics principles that ACM recognizes as its own and which it expects all those who contribute to achieving the company\u2019s goals to observe. For this reason, the Code of Ethics emphasizes the need to adopt conduct that is appropriate to ACM\u2019s reputation in every circumstance.<\/p>\n\t\t
